Standard Care Plan
What every client receives — regardless of program
Every client gets the same comprehensive care package. Your program tier determines your agency fee — not the care your client receives.
Initial visit — 90 minutes
A foundational 90-minute session used for full assessment and personalized care planning. This is the only visit with a fixed 90-minute minimum.

Perinatal visits — any combination
8 visits used in any combination of prenatal and postpartum visits, as determined by the member and the doula. Minimum 15 minutes each.

Extended postpartum visits — up to 3 hrs each
Two substantial sessions lasting up to 3 hours each to support early adjustment after birth. One on delivery day, one in-home.

Labor & delivery support
Continuous in-person support during labor and delivery, regardless of outcome — including vaginal birth, cesarean, miscarriage, stillbirth, or abortion.

Medi-Cal clients receive up to 9 additional postpartum visits (Z1038, $134.55 each) through the in-house medical sign-off. Available to Membership doulas only. These are postpartum visits scheduled within the first 6 weeks after birth.

Earnings Breakdown
What you keep — per client
Referral doulas keep the full reimbursement on every visit and pay a single $250 flat fee per client at the end. Membership doulas keep 80% of each visit — the agency takes 20% and handles all billing.
