The Inland Empire's most-loved health plan covers doulas
Inland Empire Health Plan is the largest Medi-Cal managed care plan in Riverside and San Bernardino counties — serving more Inland Empire residents than any other health plan. In 2025 IEHP was recognized by J.D. Power for outstanding customer experience for phone support, and their commitment to maternal health is a significant part of that story.
IEHP covers doula services for eligible members under California's Medi-Cal doula benefit. If you have IEHP and are currently pregnant — or were pregnant within the last 12 months — you may qualify for professional birth and postpartum doula support right now.
SoCal Doulas is contracted with IEHP and serves families throughout both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. We handle all billing directly with IEHP — you focus on your pregnancy, and we handle the paperwork.

SoCal Doulas serves IEHP families throughout Riverside and San Bernardino counties — from Temecula and Murrieta in the south, through Riverside, Corona, and Moreno Valley, to the High Desert communities in San Bernardino County.
